Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping times (United States)
Most items ship from our US fulfillment partner and arrive in 5–10 business days after processing. Some items ship from our overseas warehouse and take 10–20 business days. The estimated delivery window is shown on each product page.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free within the United States.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but hasn't arrived within 3 business days, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund.

International shipping
We currently ship to the United States only.
