Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship from our US fulfillment partner and arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Some items ship from overseas and take 10 to 20 business days. The estimate is shown on each product page.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. US only for now.

Where's my tracking number?
It's emailed to you the moment your order ships, usually within 1 to 3 business days of ordering. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Returns

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email us first and we'll send instructions. Full details are on our Return and Refund Policy page.

My item arrived damaged.
Email us a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or refund. In most cases you won't need to ship anything back.

Will the seat cover fit my car?
Our seat covers are universal fit and work with the vast majority of sedans, SUVs, and trucks. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.

Are your products safe for pets?
Yes. We only carry items made from pet-safe materials with no small detachable parts.
